This group is for those who have left St Dominic Savio Primary School and currently only for School Years 7–8 at secondary school [Ages 11-13]. It provides an opportunity for young people, in our parish, who have left St Dominic Savio and attend different secondary schools, to keep in touch.

The Youth Group meet in the Parish Centre on a Friday evening , term time only, from 7.00 till 9.00pm.

It provides an informal setting for young people to meet, make new friends, play games, listen to music or just chat. A number of outside activities are planned on Sunday afternoons throughout the year, including: cinema, trips, bowling and summer BBQ.

We also support young people making their Confirmation, and encourage them to join the group when starting their Confirmation preparation.

The Youth Group can only function due to volunteers giving up their free time to run the group. All parents are asked to help once per term and a rota is issued.

There is a charge of £1 per person per meeting, plus the costs of any outside activity. All proceeds go towards running costs and providing equipment for the Youth Group.

The Youth Group is popular so please enquire at the Parish Office if new members are being accepted.
